Almost half of the members of the American Association of Endodontics that participated in the following web based survey are using an adjunct, such as ultrasonic activation to aid in their irrigation technique. This new video deals with irrigation techniques and adjuncts that could improve irrigation efficacy. Notice the irrigant entering the isthmus of the messial root during ultrasonic activation. External invasive cervical resorption management video. 6% NaOCl was pressed against the resorption defect. The defect was restored using composite dual cured resin. The sutures were removed 10 days after the surgery because of patient related reasons. Ten days after surgery the healing seems optimal, the vitality tests are possitive and the patient is asymptomatic.
