External invasive cervical resorption management video. 6% NaOCl was pressed against the resorption defect. The defect was restored using composite dual cured resin. The sutures were removed 10 days after the surgery because of patient related reasons. Ten days after surgery the healing seems optimal, the vitality tests are possitive and the patient is asymptomatic. I didn’t used Trichloro-acetic acid for coagulation necrosis of the resorptive tissue because of it’s high toxicity. I hope you will enjoy this new video update!
