Hello Buddies.
The referring collegue fractured an instrument in mb1. On the X-Ray it seemed to be a straight canal. But it had a distal curve. The file was loose but was stuck on the mesial wall. I better had removed sound dentine at the mesial wall instead of the inner curve. But finally it jumped out without any perforation. This time I had luck.
