The referring collegue fractured an instrument in mb1. On the X-Ray it seemed to be a straight canal. But it had a distal curve. The file was loose but was stuck on the mesial wall. This patient has been sent to me, after the referring dentist broke a Beutelrock drill in mb1. It seemed to be “a piece of cake” at first glance. But the instrument was stuck.
